Trust & Safety
Making discovery trustworthy
Kosovo Outdoors connects you with providers; we don't run activities or guarantee safety. Here is what we do to help.
Provider review
Each provider profile is reviewed by our team before it becomes public. Approval means we checked the profile information — it is not a guarantee of service quality or safety.
Clear listings
Every activity states difficulty, duration, best season, equipment and safety notes so you can judge whether it suits you.
Labelled promotion
Featured and sponsored content is always clearly labelled.
Your responsibility
Outdoor activities carry risk. Check conditions, ask the provider about qualifications and insurance, and never go beyond your experience.
Report a problem
If a listing seems inaccurate or a provider behaves inappropriately, contact us and we will review it.
